Morris Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Covid-19 Update – 11/01/2023

We continue to have new positive COVID-19 cases for both residents and staff.

Residents who are positive continue to be quarantined and closely monitored.

Employees are encouraged to test at home before their shift. Those who are COVID-19-positive are directed to remain home and furloughed.

To stop the spread of COVID-19, all visitors must wear masks and follow proper hand hygiene. Visitors are encouraged to be tested upon entering the facility. Negative test results are valid for up to 48 hours. As a reminder, family members visiting COVID-19-positive residents are required to wear full PPE before entering the residents’ room.

If you prefer not to visit during this time or if you are not feeling well, you may contact our Recreation Director to schedule a FaceTime call. She can be reached at (718) 231-4300 x147 OR

We remain in daily contact with the Department of Health and follow their guidance.

Thank you for your cooperation while we work to keep all residents, visitors, and staff safe.

Thank you!
